It has been 4+ years since I started doing permanent makeup in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I am a very happy person, simple, reasonable and very understanding. I respect everyone like they trust me to do permanent makeup on their face because it is going to stay for years. I put my heart and soul into my work just like I want the best artist to do the most beautiful permanent makeup on my face.

Each appointment takes 2-3 hours. When someone is a NO-SHOW or CANCELS at the last minute, it leaves me hanging, and it is not fair to other clients who wanted to book those same available appointment dates. It takes just a minute to send a message to say “I have something important come up and I cannot make it.” instead of just not showing up. I understand that things happen and sometimes you have to cancel. I never mind a cancellation with notification, but not coming to your scheduled appointment without any notifications is completely unacceptable. I value your time and our relationship, so please do the same for me. 

📌DEPOSIT: To secure your appointment there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit:

$100 deposit required on each new procedure. 

$50 deposit required on each touchup procedure. 

This can be paid via Square (+4% transaction fee), Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or cash in person at the studio. This amount goes towards your procedure & remainder is due at the time of your appointment! 

Your deposit can be transferred to a different date for reasons WITH NOTIFICATION. 

Booking online via Square, you will automatically be charged a deposit (+4% fee).

Book by Text or Call, you will receive a link to pay the deposit via Square (+4% fee), Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. 

📌CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email and a text from Square 72 hours prior to your appointment to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

Please take a moment to CONFIRM your appointment from the link via text message. 

📌RESCHEDULED: One Free reschedule with Notification 72-48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. 

A $25 fee will be charged if you make a change within 48-24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

If you cancel or try to change your appointment with less than 24 hours of notification, It will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your next appointment. ( I can’t just find someone to take your place. )

📌CANCELATION: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, make sure when you book an appointment, the procedure is what you wanted and the date and time are correct. 

If you need to cancel your appointment before 48 hours and you still want to get your permanent makeup done at a different date and time, please contact me directly so I can retain / apply your deposit towards your future appointment. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notification, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

📌CONSULTATIONS: This past year consultations have been hit or miss with people showing up, since they’re FREE. So from now on the 1st scheduled consultation is FREE, but if you don’t show up or if you don’t give me a notification within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $50 if you want a 2nd consultation.

📌NO-SHOW: Even though you CONFIRMED your appointment, if you are more than 20 minutes late WITHOUT any notifications, and I have tried to reach out to you with no response from you, I will need to post you as a NO-SHOW. 

This will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment.

📌RUNNING LATE: Please contact me (text or call) if you are going to be more than 20 minutes late for your appointment. If I have back to back appointments I have a certain amount of time it takes to complete each procedure with a 30 min buffer and if you’re too late I will not have enough time to complete yours and the next appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late may result in a forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment if it causes a problem with the next scheduled appointment.

A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. 


A short notice change or cancellation will make it nearly impossible for me to find someone else to take your place.

📌PAYMENT: We accept credit cards, debit cards, gift cards (Any cards will be charged of transaction fee 4%). Cash, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App preferred.
